Very friendly people. So far the instructors I've met are kind and knowledgeable. I wish there were more afternoon classes, but other than that, it was very nice!

Intimate space that makes everyone feel welcome. Parking can be tough on weekends. Caring, attentive and knowledgeable instructors with years of experience as practitioners and instructors.

Lovely studio. "GENTLE" class was a great one to start with as a beginner. Parking was a bit challenging, so make sure to get there early.

My husband and I started with Restoratve Yoga on Sunday afternoon with Mary Ellen. It was very relaxing. The following day we were nicely sore. Perfect way to start a week.

So far, the 3 instructors that I've met have been wonderful! Classes have been challenging yet adaptable to fit your capabilities. Welcoming atmosphere. You leave class feeling great!
