The owner, Lilly, and her team are very welcoming, encouraging and helpful in making sure you learn proper technique, get a great workout and have some fun. There are other crossfit locations closer to where I live, but the coaches, members and atmosphere at Seabright Crossfit make it worth the drive.

These guys are amazing. I got rid of baby fat I'd been carrying for years after only 3 months. People are super friendly and it's a great way to connect to the community here in Santa Cruz.

All the coaches are so nice and approachable! They make sure you're comfortable before you move onto anything strenuous and are so inclusive. :)

Solid Crossfit gym with friendly welcoming environment (not a Crossfit cult!). All exercises are scale-able for all fitness levels and the trainers will work with any injuries to maximize your fitness potential.

Dirty inside. I was treated with no respect and serious age-ism. Despite my age I was never asked about my abilities. I have more endurance and strength than was allowed to use. i was treated like an Old Lady with no knowledge of my actually capabilities. I am a yoga teacher and Zumba instructor but was never even asked.
