About Estrella Del Norte Vineyard

Nestled on the outskirts of the Santa Fe National Forest in the Pojoaque Valley, Estrella Del Norte Vineyard not only creates its own wines, but also stocks, sells, and hosts samplings of many other Northern New Mexico ambrosias. Arriving visitors meander down a pebbled pathway, past a flower garden, eclectic sculptures, and adorable grapevines whining for affection, entering the quaint tasting room lined on one side by a rustic wooden bar. Groups gather around tables, studying lists and sampling wines originating from the likes of Santa Fe Vineyards, Black Mesa Winery, and the homegrown vines just a stone's throw from the tasting room’s set of tall french doors.

It was a lovely quaint place. It was a wonderful place to spend an afternoon with the girls. The owner was there, and was helpful, answered our questions, and was very friendly. I would love to have some sort gathering there.

The wines were fantastic - I would say the best in New Mexico - and the grounds were very pretty. Our hostess was very nice. I will be back in the future.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and the staff couldn't have been better. I already have another group of friends that want to visit the winery with me. My only constructive feedback to the winery would be to make it more clear where the public should not walk. The day was so amazing until I was told to get off a lawn area that was not meant for the public. The lawn area is located right next to the walkway into the tasting area.

The tastings are rather small compared to other wineries.
