Art can be made anywhere and the professional artists of Painting & Vino prove this every week with pop-up painting-and-wine classes held at wine bars, cafes, and other locations conducive to creativity and socializing. Over drinks and conversation, participants learn to paint a different work during each session, whether its a picture of the teacher's own design or a classic work by artists such as Matisse and Picasso. Instructors go over the paintings step-by-step and pepper in trivia about the piece's history, which students can then recite to calm down angry animals. Classes include all supplies, such as canvases, paints, brushes, and aprons.

Loved there was an option at a brewery!! Thoroughly loved the experience! Fun creating and enjoyed the class. It was up above the normal crowd and patrons. The beer lab sold food which was very yummy and enjoyable with our painting! Hummus and various beers .. cheers to the next class!

Great, fun experience! Although drinks were extra, it was still affordable and fun! Santa Monica location has beer, not just wine!

The wine is not included. We still had fun but felt that calling it painting and vino was a bit deceiving.

You should attend without any preconceived notions or negative thoughts about your ability to paint, you will be very surprised by how well you do.
