Look at all addresses for wineries and book close to each other. Ask for Bruce, he was great!

Request for Gustavo Morales as your driver. He was AMAZING in every way. Punctual, polite, informative, patient, you name it. We had a blast and didn't have a single worry with regard to transportation.
Ken was an amazing driver! Showed up early and didn't mind when we went a little over our time. Very flexible to a changing schedule and large group. The limo was nice and clean, he opened our doors and loaded up our wine bottles for us. Highly recommended!
Did have afew problems, with breakdown on car, but driver very friendly, and Manager Shannon,was very nice, and will work with them again.
The limo we recived had outside damage that made it look tacky Our driver was not well groomed and suit was severely sun damage Although he was kind and knew how to get us where we wanted to go It was not the luxury we had payed for though, which was disappointing
A tip should not be mandatory. It's a way to say thank you for good service. I was put off when I was asked for when I reserved the car and driver. They said I could tip the driver directly. I was then put off when the driver asked for the cash tip before we even got in the car. They need to identify that as a fee, not a tip. If it's mandatory, it's not a tip.
First Off, Wine Road Tours wasn't even the company that showed up. It was Bruce from Style n' Comfort (which later was added to the bottom of the emails I received). The limo was not the size I reserved, and it was filthy on the outside and on the inside. It had been vacuumed out, but every other surface was sticky or dusty. I mean, I had to get wet paper towels and wipe down part of the interior before we picked up my friends. It was that dirty.
I had give (and confirmed, repeatedly) a very detailed itinerary to WRT. Well, 30 minutes into our drive I noticed that we were going in the wrong direction! We had to be at our appointment in 15 minutes...(I'd like to continue this review)
