Very clean, They have a stylist who is from spain she is good. Does not speak that much English since she has only been here 2 weeks. But overall a wonderful experience!

Services & technician were very good. I requested the music changed to soft jazz. The lighting was bad (florescent), which can be corrected w earth tone fabric over the lights.... But I will b back!

I can't wait to see how the keratin lasts (haven't shampooed yet - was just in yesterday). I'm really enjoying the cut thus far.

the treatment was for a Keratin treatment, which smooths hair. I was told not to wash my hair for 3-4 days as told by Utopik, I did wash after the 4th day and found that my hair were as Frizzy as ever ! I dont think this keratin treatment worked at all !
