I arrived thirty minutes before my scheduled party time as instructed I checked in me and some my guest Met with my host whom said she'll be back to get us at party time Fifteen minutes after still NO, host I'll spoke to a young lady who was the manager because I had a few compliments We was suppose to have party room an hour but fifteen minutes before an hour our host instructed me that we would have to leave Not only that we was suppose to be upstairs and we were down stairs My son never know what as going on because he did have a GREAT TIME and never got his Star Castle T-shirt But the manager was nice and handle everything I would recomend Star Castle just be mindful of host if doing a party and keep up with timing and laser tag

Great place even if you're in college! The pizza was amazing! Only downside was the laser tag was limited to 14 people at a time

Great staff ! Many thanks to Mia at the desk. Kids had so much fun and the pizza was great ! Only problem we had were the laser guns kept dying and had to take time going to get newly charged ones because they lost charge so quickly. Nice Arcade too.

This place was a hit with the kids looking for something to do on a rainy day. Lazer tag was a full 30mins of non-stop fun. The arcade is a bit outdated & the building is a little rundown but no kid with any imagination will see anything but fun here

Bring cash. The ATM charges a fee and so did my bank.

Check your laser tag equipment we had problems. A large party was their earlier in the day and may have broken the equipment. They were awesome about it though and made up for the troubles.

Great place to have fun!

Pretty decent, was very staff friendly, only had a problem when it was time to redeem coupon for meal, after waiting at the counter for several minutes, no one bothered to assist us. I had to find someone to serve us; she was sitting down near the front desk instead of managing her station. This is the only problem we encountered, but she was accommodating and served us. I would still visit again. Hopefully this was an isolated incident. I will give her the benefit of the doubt. My grandson and I enjoyed playing laser tag and a few games in the arcade room. I still recommend that you give them a try.
