I love it. If I could afford a full membership there I would totally sign up. Prices aren't totally unreasonable either.

work out facility is nice. However, I would think twice about using personal trainer if you have a prior injury. I expressed my concerns and told the trainer all about my injury and apparently he still had me do exercises that affected that area. I actually wound up aggrevating the injured area and didnt get to utalize the other 2weeks of my membership. That being said, it wasn't such a good deal for me.

Best gym I have ever been to. The staff is phenomenal, the personal training is AWESOME! Caron is the best personal trainer I have ever had. I just finished my 20th session with her today.
