Really great place to be a beginner to yoga. I did not feel intimidated, and Barbara's approach and teaching is so supportive.

Friendly, welcoming yoga studio. Small but good atmosphere. They don't offer hot yoga and I'm glad. Those of us who want a safe temperature to practice yoga seem to have a harder time finding yoga studios that aren't trying to be trendy, intense and hot.
