Oh my gosh, this was such a fun evening! The owner of A la Mode taught us so many tricks and tips about pie making, all while making us laugh and feeding us pie. What could be better?

Such a fun class! Chris ( the owner) runs it and he makes it fun and educational. We got to roll out our dough, shape the edges, make the filling and of course, sample all the pies! Amazing how many pies are made in this tiny little kitchen on Phinney ridge. Thanks, Chris!
