Great studio! Instructors are supportive and not overbearing and you don’t need prior dance or barre experience. A great workout that I will definitely add to my rotation.

The class was wonderful! The instructor (Amanda) made sure to greet all the new students and gave us a quick run down of the class and what to expect. The music was great and the workouts had a lot of variety and modifications if you needed them. I can't wait to come back!

An hour flies by before you realize it. Great workout and it targets all my problem areas! My 40+ post child body is thanking all of the amazing instructors! Everyone is super positive and motivating without any judging! So excited to have found this place!
