Was able to redeem for "intro to canning" with Gabriela, wonderful class. Gabriela very open to questions and provided clear information. Was fun and able to take home fermented and pickled goodies. Having not ventured out much due to Covid19 this was a sanitary experience. The entree I took home was Sweet Potato & Coconut Curry--very delicious and looking forward to picking up some more of this.

Had a great time. Staff was very nice. Got to try samples of things i was not expecting. Instructor was engaging and easy to follow. We will be returning to learn more fun recipes.

Such a fun experience!! They were a bit disorganized on the scheduling, asking us to reschedule and then cancelling the class and then calling back and saying it was still on. But besides this, the instructor was amazing!! She was very personable and knowledgeable. It was pretty inexpensive as well. I would definitely recommend! Just call a few times to confirm.

Really lovely class! We each got to bring home a big plate of pasta and had so much fun making it in class! Will definitely sign up for another class.

Such a fun afternoon learning to make pasta! The instructor was very engaging and gave very clear and thorough instructions. He was always available to provide feedback and assistance. He also provided information on making different types of pastas, and different kinds of sauces. The best past was we left with a container of fresh pasta!
