Great to do once a year to keep the carpets looking fresh. They were professional and pretty quick (took maybe an hour?) -- but the machine is awfully loud.

This group was in touch with me soon after I confirmed the need for cleaning, unlike other co.s that once they have an order don't keep in touch, or confirm my order or acknowledge my phone calls and emails.

Nate was wonderful. Very fast and professional. The carpets were filthy and he made a huge difference. Would absolutely call for services again in the future!
