They were great! He (the owner, I think?) originally responded to my phone call with a brief text message, which made me a little worried (I work in communications and I'm certainly not used to that!). We communicated by text after that, which is actually super convenient for me! He was able to come out on relatively short notice and he showed up a few minutes early. And he did such a thorough job cleaning our carpets -- even lifting the carpet and cleaning the pad underneath where our pet "accidents" were the worst. So, so thankful!! Better than I expected. I highly recommend this company!
