From the beginning I always felt the Driver, Ivan, and our Guide Joe Dan, always had our best interest in mind. The were both constantly looking for the best and quickest way to Leavenworth. They gave us 2 breaks before arriving and that was good and allowed me to drink water more freely without worrying despite the restroom in the back of the bus. On the way back it started to snow more and they took a different route to bring us home safely. All in all it was a great trip. The other thing I enjoyed was after the lightning ceremony they did not rush us back to the bus. The ceremony started at 430 and we left at 6pm. This hour and a half allowed us enough time to take more pictures and stop at a couple of stores to buy what we wanted earlier in the day. Thank you so much for a great time. My girlfriend talk about the whole trip all the way home and how nice Joe was not only to us since we sat in the front, but to everyone else especially the lady who was behind us. On the way back she was experiencing some headaches. Joe was sensitive toward her and assisted her in providing an asprin to helping her. He came back a couple of time to make sure the lady was feeling ok. That was really nice of him and to show he cared about her during her time of need.
