Isaac uses ART method- not the most comfortable but great loosening results if u have knotted muscles!

The massage therapist was unprofessional. He didn't do a medical intake or ask if I had allergies before using the lotion. He talked to me for much of the massage despite my short answers and lack of engagement in the conversation. He began the session by informing me that he was in massage "because it's better than being a barista or waiting tables," and that really all he's waiting to do is to return to school for economics. The massage itself was poor. He lacked skill, anatomical knowledge and varied technique, and didn't respond to my verbal and physical signs of discomfort and requests for lighter and pressure. He also massaged part of my arms, which I specifically said not to.
