Super detailed on interior - immaculate (had the heavy clean + pet hair removal; totally worth it). Exterior wash/wax beautiful. Second time with Mr Detail, different shop but same great experience.

6/5 stars if I could have. I have a 15 year old Mazda 3 and a 2 year old son. The interior wasn't totally trashed, but it was definitely due for a deep cleaning. I didn't have anything sticky or smelly that required a DEEP deep cleaning, so I got the most basic interior detail package. Hoooooly crap, it was like I got a new car back. If I was in need of a more detailed package I'd definitely come to them. I think it's worth noting that I saw a Maserati in their shop, so at least one person with a lot more money than me trusts their work. The Mr. Auto staff in West Seattle were communicative, easy to work with and had my car done in a surprisingly short time given a pretty small staff and quite a few other vehicles undergoing active work. I'll be going back again at least annually.

Quick and easy scheduling on their site with no troubles. Picked up the car after 3.5 hours and it looked brand new. Great service, kind folks and would definitely recommend to others! Great value.

Aaron, manager at the West Seattle Mr. Detail is a gem! He really cares about his customers and their cars and works hard to get the best possible solution. He not only detailed the interior and exterior of my car, he was able to save me a lot of money to repair some scratches and paint scrapes on my vehicle without replacing the panels.
