This was my first time doing a float therapy session. It was a neat experience. Not sure if I felt more relaxed after but really like the spot. The assistant was super professional and sweet and they truly created a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was super neat to be in such a dark room and float. It was incredible as I could only hear my heart beat, all other senses numbed. My mind was blank and could just focus on my breathing and heart. Very neat!
