The repair was basic and needed parts were provided at minimal cost. My only disappointment was I had to make 4 trips to the shop (30 min from my home each way) because he was closed once due to family emergency and once due to stomach flu. I called ahead but there is no answering service if he is not there.

Bike looked great after my deluxe tuneup. They fixed my flat tire, anc put in new cables. And even put it in the truck for me for return home.

Mike, the owner, was very helpful in getting a "display window" bamboo bicycle functional again. Although the frame was slightly bent, he did a great job of making it work again.
