I have really enjoyed my time here so far. Classes are a WORKOUT. And a benefit for people who need guided physical activity to help with motivation. I feel like it's important to try out the classes. Everyone from instructors to fellow attendees is friendly and welcoming. Have made some good friends here already. An all around great environment.

Broken weight machines, no lights in several of the ladies' restrooms inside the locker room. Very young person at the desk who could not answer basic questions and the more experienced person she called over to help seemed annoyed and completely disinterested in us as potential patrons.
