I am so disappointed with this company. I didn't get what I was told and after calling and complaining, I never received a call back. I was told that up to 8 ducts would be cleaned - they cleaned 1. I was told they would be here for up to 2 hours - they were here for 20 minutes. There were 2 guys who showed up and 1 sat in the truck playing on his phone the whole time. The other guy told me that I needed $600+ of "special cleaning" and when I told him that I needed to wait for my husband to make that call, he switched from being nice to really rude. They packed up their stuff and left as fast as they could - leaving the attic door open and my house a mess. I want to be reimbursed for this...
