The guy who responded was really nice. Although initially there was an issue with pricing being that my chimney is 30 ft, but the company was able to work with me. I had to write an extra check for $70 bring the total for the chimney sweep to $120. Overall i will use them again if i have to.

Bad customer service tech.

The guy came out and tried to upswell the service. We declined and just wanted to use the Groupin and he refused to do the job stating that we needed to contact Duct Scrub Pro to send someone else out. We did contact them and rescheduled then they cancelled the appointment. Never used them after that. Very disappointing.

They wouldn't deliver the purchased service.

Their tech did not show for the first appointment, so after wasting an entire morning I had to call them to reschedule. Then the day they came the tech was an hour late after the 4-hr window for the appointment. Terrible.

Absolutely terrible - I pulled the wood stove out for the technician prior to me leaving for work - to be helpful. The guy was at our house only for about 20 minutes. He left the bag of ash and soot in our living room. He washed his hands in our powder room sink and left black dirt in the sink. I called the company the next day and spoke to a woman and I told her how dissatisfied I was. She said a manager would call me - that has been 10 days ago. On top of all that we had to give the guy $80 since our chimney was taller than 15 foot. The experience was terrible.

Scheduling an appointment was difficult. Comparable services in the area were $100. I ended up paying about $125 for 15 min of time

Complete SCAM!!!! I paid for chimney and duct cleaning the guy that came to house didn't speak English and wanted to charge me an extra $300 to do the job??? Would not recommend to anyone I wrote a letter to the BBB and I have been blasting this BS company every chance I get on social media!!!! Rip off do not buy!!!!!

The guy couldn't get out of my house fast enough. He did a poor job I had to go up in the chimney and finish cleaning it myself.
