They were very thorough and showed me exactly what was coming out of the vents. I can honestly say my house is much cooler after the cleaning. Just be prepared for them to go to each room and remove the vents (and furniture!) to clean, not just the main unit.

What a horrible experience. The guys who came in to do the cleaning firstly came 3 hours late. We called the office multiple times and they kept giving us excuses that the machine broke down or they were stuck in traffic. They were also very rude on the phone acting like they are doing us a big favor. When they finally reached our place they didnt even clean all the vents because they were in such a rush for some strange reason. We had to ask them to slow down and took them to every vent in the house. Lastly, and again because they were in a such a rush, they ended up tearing the vent pipe behind our dryer. They fixed it with tape but it was unnecessary!
