The crew and pilot were awesome. Getting the "green light" on a flight can be very challenging out of Del Mar. This was our fourth attempt. If you book a flight, make sure you have plenty of opportunities to go. It's incredibly worth it!

The whole experience was OK. Take off and landing was fun and smooth. It could have been perfect, except for the fact that they squeezed 5 people in each compartment and it was not comfortable at all. I felt like I was getting an anxiety attack half way through. My guest and I were stuck on the inner side next to the pilot and directly under the heat from the fire. We were sweating and hot while the others were chilling enjoying the breeze and getting great pictures. I'm bummed that I cannot say it was a wonderful experience. The pilot and staff are great... too bad they stack so many people in there.

Tommy was really helpful and made the reservation process easy. Everything was completed through text message, and a final email was sent the day before with detailed instructions. The team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience overall!
