About Envolve Winery

Wine takes its flavors from soil, barrels, grapes, and even the air. But according to Michael Benziger and Danny Fay, it also borrows notes from the company it keeps. The two childhood friends discovered a passion for wine-making relatively early in life, and set out to create a series of varietals using organic and biodynamic practices that celebrate the joy of drinking with friends. They called their venture Envolve Winery.

In the midst of their sustainably farmed vineyards stands their elegant tasting room. With beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards, the tasting room provides an ideal venue for spending time with some favorite people and sampling the winery's products. Available pours include Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and a Bordeaux blend.
