Jamie was very nice and understood exactly the look I was going for. I have Curly hair and she knew a great deal about caring for it and cutting it. The whole staff was nice and I had a great experience, especially for the price I paid.

I love the red Kait put in my hair but I wish the blonde highlight would have popped more. It may have just been a color selection issue. I've gotten many compliments on my hair. I think I'm just used to having that bleachier highlight.
