About Ken S Photography

For Ken Salos, photography isn't so different from fishing. An experienced angler and second-generation captain, he developed patience and an eye for detail during a lifetime of hunting tarpon, redfish, and trout. These same talents now come in handy behind the camera, helping Ken teach his photography students how to coax eye-popping shots out of their DSLRs. Although Ken's face may stay behind the lens, his heart remains with the water. In addition to documenting his own fish stories, Ken also lends his skills as a fish-tracker and a shutterbug to his fellow fishermen and hunters by enshrining their trophies in rugged, understated portraits.
