Being a gym rat and very active person all my adult life, I was looking for something to keep my attention and to challenge me. Boy, did I find it! Barb's classes do all of that, and so much more, I never leave a class disappointed.. Not even to mention the amazing ladies I work out with who support and motivate each other!

The trainer, Barb, is one of the best I have ever met. Her boot camp was amazing. Loved the atmosphere. Stupidly, I hurt my knee in an incident totally unrelated to the exercise and went only the once. I will, however, go back as soon as my leg has healed.

I have tried other boot camp style classes Ship Shape Boot Camp is by far the best camp I have attended.

I love going to Ship Shape Boot Camp because its what ive been looking for. Its filled with women that help motivate each other. Even though i was extremly sore i still manage to get up and go. I would recommend people to this place. And i have. Thank you.
