About Heights Wellness Center

Heights Wellness Center's owner Sandra Lawrence set out to open a practice that improves upon the skills of a single practitioner by combining them with the skills of an entire team of health specialists. She has assembled registered dietitians and massage therapists who work neck and neck with acupuncturists, yoga instructors, and life coaches to help clients overcome a range of physical and emotional ailments.

In addition to working one-on-one with clients, the team leads group workshops. Body Karma Healing classes help women find a healthy body image, and breathing workshops help the body reduce asthma and panic attacks brought on by the realization that chickens aren’t going to put up with this egg-stealing stuff forever.

i was so pleased with my reiki session and felt such a connection with Tammy...i will be back, it was one of the most positive expierences i have ever had and it was just what i needed. I very much enjoyed being able to process the session with her as well. I give it an A++ and will be a regular client.

Hope you get through your change of name, etc. You know how I feel about your logo. It's scary! As well as boring and typical.

I went there for massage. However it is now called Tiffany's Way. The massage was excellent but the place has a weird vibe. Also, I would not go back at their regular rate of $80 for 1 hr.

When I went for my first appointment they were closed. I called and received no explanation. They did not call me to re-schedule. I went for a second app't. Massage was fair. Made another app't at that time. They called me to cancel that. I haven't heard back from them.

The reason I bought the coupons, were the many choices of times and I knew two of the instructors. They cancelled most of the classes that would be convenient and appropriate for me, and my favorite will no longer be there. In an e-mail I sent out to them I asked for a refund and didn't get a response. I called this past Thursday to find out if instructors would be teaching the following week that were still scheduled and the person answering the phone didn't know and she said someone would get back to me, and they didn't. In just a month's time everything changed, and it's not working for me! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

The yoga room is clean and nice, and the yoga teachers are nice and professional as well. I understand that they are trying to increase their business and have teachers cost-effective. However- a more challenging yoga needs to be offered to working-folks (evenings/ weekends)- otherwise you will lose out on a large target-audience.
