Your staff is friendly and helpful. I know that the assembly line method is important in keeping the system moving and keeping the price reasonable. One thing that might help is a way of checking random cars to see how well the job is done. Asking patrons to handle certain things in advance of their coming in through a flyer of some sort might help. A flyer advising patrons how to keep a car cleaner would also be helpful.
