The service person was very friendly and repaired the cracked screen on my Iphone 5 in less than an hour. He had to replace a couple of sensors near the earpiece but did not charge me for them. I was also able to purchase an Otterbox case with a bely clip for a discounted price of $25 compared to the original price of $60. I checked it against Best Buy who was charging $49 for the same item. Al in all, it was a good experience.

Very small place and it doesn't have Apex on the store front. The guys are friendly, professional and prompt. If I crack another screen I'll definitely go back.

Call ahead to see when a good time is to bring in your phone, if it needs to be repaired. They were great!

Excellent, fast service! Highly recommended. When driving there be advised that the sign does not say "Apex Wireless" so call them and ask for the sign name ahead of time. (But they did a great repair on my iPad 3 - like new!)

The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly polite and helpful. It turns out my senors on my phone were broken as well. I didn't have the money for the sensors, so the guy let me come back on my payday and pay him for it. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. I would definitely go back if I have any future phone needs.
