I love this place!!! So glad to be back 😁💛 the instructors are very understanding and motivational. It’s an amazing work out. I always leave feeling better mentally and physically. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is a really nice little studio offering traditional Bikram yoga classes w excellent instructors. It doesn’t have showers but has a change room and cubbies for belongings. Parking Onsite was available when I went for a weekday afternoon class there was ample residential parking nearby.
