They place is nice but could use a little sprucing up. The wall over the drying station and overall decor need an update for true relaxation of the customer. Better lighting and removal of the random signs would help immensely. Also, it best not for a waxer/manicurist to be taking phone calls while working with a customer.

I felt rushed. I was in and out with a mani pedi and eye brows with dry nails in 45 mins. I also did not like that when I was getting my eyebrows waxed, the two girls in the room were speaking a different language and was very abrupt with me. And after I laid my head down on the paper covered pillow, I realized they did not change it from the prior person ... Which made me question how clean the wax stick is or any of their other utensils. Lo and behold, I will not be retuning to this salon again.

Very minimal attention. I did not get type of care to hands and feet I am accustomed to getting.

The girl removed nail polish from toes, clipped the toe nails, scrubbed the soles of my feet, put on lotion and applied the polish. While the lady in the next seat received a foot and calf massage for the same service. For the Manicure, Nail polish was removed, nails filed square, lotion applied to hands and polish was applied. No buffing or smoothing of the nails was done. The lady sitting next to me drying her nails was given a back and shoulder massage. The massager on the pedicure chair was broken but there was a sign that said after 10 pedicures you get a free chair massage. Every other nail salon I have visited has a massage chair that works and you don't have to pay for it.

It was a quick Manicure Pedicure service. Need to make it friendly place to attract more customers.
