This was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone, we had a blast meeting other couples, drinking some wine and making the food. It is a great date night, or even a girls night out.

The flavor exchange was a unique shop in the heart of A charming downtown atmosphere. I enjoyed the class thoroughly and loved tasting all the olive oils and balsamic a vinegars! Can't wait to go back!

Bring an apron (just like they tell you to), have a good snack if you do the 630 class because you won't eat until about 8:15 (of course that's only if you're an early dinner eater) but don't eat right before you go - you will end up with a big meal when you're finished.
