Cindy did an excellent job. Explained everything and was very sanitary. Did the extra mile on my poor tired feet. If you get the manicure, wait and apply some dry air heat or allow time to dry completely - upon leaving mine were still too soft and I did bang them up. Cindy also had a very pleasant personality.

Lashes look good and have lasted well!

I had to wait a bit but Genesis was very accommodating and gave me a coupon for free fill in worth $35 on my next visit. I am happy with the service and will surely go back!

Verified time of appointment twice before showing up at scheduled time. Also asked for color in advance. Place was closed when I arrived. Had 2 call owner. When owner arrived she had 2 go 2 Beauty Supply and purchase dark color! Left there with black 'moles' (hair color) all over my face. Didn't realize it because I was not offered a mirror. Lifted up hair in the front and hairline looked like Jermaine Jackson because no base was used 2 protect my face from the color! What more needs 2B said....

Terrible service! I waited well over an hour and only received half of what I paid for. The owner does not have the right equipment and had no respect for clients' time. Not professional.

The unprofessional manner to which she answers her phone is off-putting, the salon was unkempt, and my hair color is no different after having low lights put in.
