I had never had a Keratin treatment before, and Juliana made sure to go through the process with me when I booked over the phone. She was also very understanding when I almost cancelled to check with my doctor on whether or not I could continue to breastfeed after the treatment (I got the OK). Ultimately, I am very happy with the end result. My hair looks healthy, and feels a lot lighter. Juliana also left me with detailed instructions on how to make the treatment last for months. Thanks Juliana!
