Hanif is a wonderful instructor. Very patient and kind. There are all levels of yoga classes. I attend the Rest, Relax, Restore. It's at 10:30 M-F. I

I enjoyed my first class. Hanif is very informative, patient, and attentive to corrections that need to be made. It’s was a small intimate setting and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I will be returning and definitely recommend to anyone interested in yoga.

First day was great! Instructor was very nice and informative. I felt very comfortable here. Like I had been coming here for years. It was a great experience.

Love this place. I took classes at rising hearts yoga studio over 8 years ago and can’t believe I stopped! Hanif is so knowledgeable and makes sure all his students are learning the correct posture to every pose. I’m glad to be back.
