Service was slower than I was told it'd be. They said it would take no longer than 1.5 hrs, but at a little over 2 hrs I had to get up and ask if everything was ready. My car was done at that point.

They did a good job except one thing. I told them not to change my wiper blades but they still replaced them. Everything else was good.

Pushy "up-selling" and the service took twice the time as quoted, 1.45 hrs instead of 45-60 min.

Their personel were nice but the entire service procedure is very chaotic. They are also obviously trained to 'up sell' you on other services. I understand their need to do this but that doesn't make it any less tiresome. My biggest complaint was that it took over TWO HOURS to get an oil change and a power washing of my van. I was in such a hurry that I really didn't inspect the wash job until I got home and was really disappointed, they left a lot of crud in the hard to get places and didn't touch the roof at all. It was a total waste of $20 for the wash. Also, they called me to ask me a quick question concerning one of my lug nuts and I sat on hold for almost THIRTY MINUTES (I've kept the call info on my phone to prove it) before I gave up and hung up. I was VERY disappointed. I'll stick to Jiffy Lube or something similar in the future.

My 'new' wiper blades had the word 'old' written on one of them and my back driver tire was not tightened down, so I had to drive back with a loud thumping so they could tighten it.

Do not state you will only take 1 hour to service the car when it takes 5 plus hours. Be accurate and responsible for damage you caused
