Checked the alignment of the door, inspected cables, lubricated springs, adjusted opener. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

This only covers basic fixes and lubrications. If you end up needing new parts, that will be extra. My repair man was great though, and he even gave me an old remote for free.

He told me he doesn't accept groupings anymore and sent his co worker to my house anyway only to tell me to buy a new unit from him for $400. Really disappointed and a waste of my $50
