Know exactly what you want them to do so they can start immediately and not waste time. Ask to see the type of cleaner solutions they are using and make sure the cleaning cloths, dusting rags, dusting mops, they are using are clean. I will also make sure they use my vaccum cleaner because not sure the brushes on the ones they bring do NOT have germs, mites, bugs, bacteria etc. from using the same vaccum with same brushes in many other homes that have pets and who knows whatelse?

If you want them to stick to the time you paid for you need to manage them but they otherwise did a great job.

The three young women, Saira, Janira, and Dilma who came to my house on May 14th were truly excellent! They cleaned quickly and in a most thorough manner. I was especially impressed by the way they cleaned the bath tub, the tiles and the floors in the kitchen, the dinning room and the living room. I would strongly recommend them to others.

Although I was completely satisfied w/cleaning.......they arrived hrs later than scheduled time! I specifically asked that they telephone if there was a delay but instead they sent an e-mail which I didn't read until after the fact.
