I have gone to a variety of classes and there isn't one that doesn't sooth and help me with "Mind, Body & Soul" instructors are great and the facility is clean and cozy over looking beautiful White Bear Lake! Can't beat that

I attended a class at the White Bear Lake location and I absolutely loved my experience. The staff was friendly when I arrived and the instructor, Madison, was amazing!! The class was relaxing and easy to follow. I highly recommend Studio One Yoga and I can not wait to go back for another class.
