Oh my goodness! I went to my first Pole Dancing class, and the team they have working there is absolutely amazing! All of the girls are really helpful, and they really take their time to help to show you the moves. The one thing I will say though: Don't listen to the website about arriving in yoga leggings. I did, and I had a very difficult time trying to do any of the spins since the leggings made it so slippery! Definitely arrive in shorts. You'll need the skin to pole contact.
