CrossFit CenCal is an excellent establishment with a very knowledgable, encouraging staff. The owners are caring and dedicated. Going here has really made a huge improvement in my fitness level and I enjoy the variety.

Probably should have been more informative about instructing newbies on how to do the assigned circuit of exercises, with emphasis on correct form as well.
