Love the 5:00 a.m. class...getting my work out in and done for the day! The Saturday morning informational class with Joel and Carl was very helpful for a 1st timer like me! I appreciated the emphasis on correct form and the modifications to help get there! I don't like working out on "turf"! My shoes stick to it when trying to do burpees and its scratchy when you don't have a mat under you!
