Just want to say thank you for the fine service and making my granddaughter comfortable during her appointment. She felt that you could relate to her and talked of things that was of interest to her

I just loved how attentive Nathalie was. Super awesome and sweet as could be. She listened to what I wanted and took the time to do it. I didn't feel like it was drive-thru service.

Nathalie is a very sweet person, but is extremely green. Even after being shown pictures of what was desired, she failed to deliver on two attempts.
