Thank you for being so informative and sweet! My friend was one the receiving the service, but I really felt accepted and that I was involved. I could hear everything, and you were so nice! I loved how you explained all about why the hair was damaged and how to deal with the problem, as well as providing information in general about the cuticle of the hair and how to protect it.

Susan was very friendly and very good at what she does, my hair looks better than it has in years. I will absolutly go back.
