I wanted a haircut (trim) that was somewhat noticeable and took away some of the damaged hair I had. Instead I got a tiny trim that barely took any damaged hair away and no one noticed I even received a haircut. It was the first trim in my life that no one noticed. I basically paid for nothing. Oh and I was charged extra for long hair-- surprise.
