Service is horrible, they are unorganized, and only one person is working to take care of everyone.

I will not be returning! Service was given and that was it. Person who gave service lack personality and professionalism.

There was nothing 24k gold about the 40 min facial I received. The product was still left on my face.

not really a facial. maybe more of a massage w/ cream on the face.

She used body scrub on my face and the was very rough. The decor is creepy and she argued with me when I asked for a mirror and insisted one was over the sink until I walked her back in the room to assure her there was not a mirror. Just rude and shot personality.

They do terrible facials at this place. The person doing the facial leaves you alone in the room the majority of the time while she is out front waiting on other customers. She puts cream on your face very roughly and puts the steam machine on and then leaves the room for long periods of time. Plus she makes you wash your own face at the end which is ridiculous. It was such a horrible experience that for this place I do not believe in second chances.

Very bad. Sorry but it was not upto the minimum expectation also. An hour of Hawaiian facial begun with entering a small room decorated with sand and beach setup. The moment I entered in the salon the emphasis was given on selling their skin polish than asking what I am looking for. An Hour finished in 35 mins with some massage, steam and a face pack. In short, I didn't like it. It was not the decor I was looking for, it was the service which was not that great.
