I loved the facial and I will become a membership customer.

None other than stated above....sometimes difficult to reach over phone.

The experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The woman that gave me the facial was super nice and did a great job. She was very open to the fact that I have sensitive skin and was prone to eczema flair ups if scented and/or non-hypoallergenic items were used on me. Unfortunately, I did react to something she used, so although the actual facial felt nice, my face now feels like leather, is very red and burns constantly. I'm afraid I won't be going back.

The only feedback is that the locations are not convenient to me. I had to go to Sugarland because the Meyerland (which is closer) closed.

The facial was wonderful!

Would have preferred an attendant with a bit more gentle of a touch, however, my face did feel and look good. Also, she was difficult to understand. Her Asian accent was a bit heavy for me. I had to have her repeat stuff.
