personalized service made it a "worthwhile" experience

They need to be more specific with their language. They kept asking If I had color in my hair, and I said yes, I had had highlights done, and they told me I needed to get my hair lightened, when what they were asking was if I had had a full all over dye job. They then had the exact same argument with the girl after me. They also only had one sink to wash hair out in, which they might want to rethink.

The salon was nice, and clean. The stylist were friendly and I had a great experience.

She does the bare minimum service, didn't even fully dry my hair.

I was unhappy with my haircut... One side is longer than the other side... And the shampoo smells funny...

The hair cut was great. The hair styling was also good The highlighting was horrible. The stylist spent over 3 hours on my highlights she was so slow as if she had never done it before. and barely put any foils in. She used very few foils and I have very thick hair. I can't even see the highlights. I will have to go one where else to get them redone. Very disappointed!!!

I had an AWFUL experience with my hair service!!! There were many things that were done with terrible quality. 1-Hair stylist used her finger nails to SCRUB my scalp while shampooing. 2-Very poor sectioning of hair. Every time my hair was divided it was sloppy and in uneven sections. 3-Hair was cut very bluntly, including the bangs. Very poor quality hair cut. 4-Hair was styled awful! Used a flat iron to curl(which is an accepted technique) but curls were very outdated and looked like I came straight out of the 80's. 5-Hairstylists laughed and commented "nice curls" as I walked out of the salon. Poor service, lack of education. I will tell everyone about this horrible experience!
